Leros Municipal Airport, opened in 1984, serves the island of Leros in the South Aegean and is operated by the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority. Its single asphalt runway (14/32) is just over a kilometre long at 1,012 metres, limiting operations to small aircraft of around 50 seats. Facilities are basic, comprising a small cafe and ticket office. Olympic Air flies to Athens, while Sky Express connects Leros with Astypalaia, Kalymnos, Kos and Rhodes.
